These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AlgoHook products and services, including without limitation the AlgoHook website, dashboards/portal, Expert Advisor(s) (“EA”), signal bridge, enterprise features, documentation, and any related tools (collectively, the “Service”). “You” or “User” means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
The Service is operated by Synergy Data Labs Inc. (“AlgoHook,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing the portal, installing or running the EA, connecting webhooks, or otherwise using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced here (e.g., our Privacy Policy).
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You represent and warrant that you are of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally capable of entering into these Terms. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Trading foreign exchange, commodities, indices, equities, and crypto involves significant risk, including the risk of total loss. AlgoHook is execution infrastructure and tooling only; we do not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, signals, or recommendations. You acknowledge and agree that you use the Service at your sole risk, and you are solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes.
The Service relies on third-party systems (e.g., MetaTrader, brokers, liquidity providers, charting platforms such as TradingView, operating systems, VPS providers, cloud/hosting vendors, payment processors). AlgoHook does not control and is not responsible for any interruption, limitation, outage, latency, error, market data discrepancy, or change in third-party terms or features. You bear all risks arising from third-party dependencies.
The Service and all related software, documentation, and content are owned by AlgoHook or its licensors. Subject to your active subscription, AlgoHook grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for internal use. Resale, sublicensing, or redistribution is prohibited.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date. Fees are non-refundable. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Prices may exclude taxes, which are your responsibility.
VPS Hosting: Virtual Private Server (“VPS”) plans are provisioned through our infrastructure partner. VPS subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and do not qualify for refunds once the service period begins. If you wish to cancel, you may do so any time before the next renewal date; your service will remain active until the end of the paid period. Cancellations after renewal will still incur the full monthly charge.
New VPS subscriptions may qualify for a 14-day money-back guarantee only if (a) you are the original account holder of a private (non-reseller) account, and (b) the request for revocation is submitted within 14 days of the initial order date. Requests outside this window, or for corporate/enterprise accounts, are not eligible. To request revocation, please contact our billing support team and select Contract Management → “I want to revoke the contract for a service.”
If you use Enterprise features, you are solely responsible for client authorization, compliance with laws and broker rules, execution monitoring, and disclosures. AlgoHook has no liability for your client relationships.
Your EA preset configuration governs execution. You must test presets in demo environments before live trading and monitor ongoing performance.
We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy. Technical identifiers may be collected to prevent trial abuse or license misuse.
We strive for availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or issues may affect access.
The Service is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.
AlgoHook is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is capped at the fees you paid in the preceding 3 months.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AlgoHook from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from your use, breach, or client interactions.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. AlgoHook is not responsible for third-party terms or content.
AlgoHook may suspend or terminate your access for violations, misuse, fraud, or non-payment. Certain clauses survive termination (e.g., liability, indemnities).
We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control (natural disasters, cyber incidents, wars, outages, government actions).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes must be resolved via binding arbitration in Ontario. No class actions are permitted.
If any clause is found invalid, the rest remain in effect.
These Terms and referenced policies form the complete agreement between you and AlgoHook, superseding prior understandings.
